The GTM series polyimide paste exhibits excellent storage stability. After curing, it possesses high transparency (≥88% at 550nm), high heat resistance (Tg≥350℃), excellent mechanical properties (tensile strength ≥200MPa, elongation at break ≥15%, modulus ≥6GPa), and good dimensional stability (CTE ≤15ppm/K).

Application?

In the field of flexible display, it can be used in the manufacturing of transparent substrates for bottom-illuminated displays such as PMOLED and flexible touch substrates; in the field of electronic circuits, it can be used in the manufacture of ultra thin and transparent FCCL; in addition, it has applications in the fields of photovoltaic cells, medical devices, and so on.
