■ Once the product quality failure?occurs?at customer's place, deal with the?failure within 24 hours if there is a stationary service group?on the?customer's?site; if there is no stationary service group?on the?customer's?site, make a reply?within?24 hours and arrive at customer’s site for troubleshooting within 72 hours.
■ The company provides lifelong technical service for the products, and provides accessories with preferential prices beyond the quality guarantee period.
■ The company shall organize a visit?about product quality to the customers?at least once a year. Listen to the?customers with an open mind, so as to continuously improve product quality and service.
